It does have a pretty hefty price tag, which is understandable due to its high quality. At the time of writing it was available to buy for $5,375.

The Moebius double armchair is made out of rattan and water hyacinth, the latter of which I have explored before on Home Interior Design Themes. The makers of this figure-of-eight double armchair, Onyx, are a relatively new company who specialise in making furniture out of renewable materials and through eco-friendly techniques. The post-modern Rae Sofa is a possible option. Unlike many of its contemporaries of this particular design philosophy, it has subtle curves that one could almost define as being sexy. The lean design and long length re-conform to the classical style seating furniture that pre-dated the Modernist period.

The couch consists of two separate and changeable seating elements. One section is composed of a laptop table built into the sofa seat which can also be used as a chaise longue. A lamp is attached to the more regular second section which arcs over the seating area to a position above the table. Underneath the seating is a comfortable level of foam.

A number of interiors would be suitable for such a simple yet structurally interesting item of furniture. However, for cat and dog lovers who live in wet climates, its probably not a good idea.
