A rice cooker has been an appliance necessity in my home for over 15 years now! It always cooks rice perfectly no matter the type of rice you choose to make. Brown rice comes out with just as perfect texture and flavor as any short grained white rice variety. My Mother-In-Law brought her rice cooker back to the US from Japan over 30 years ago, and it's still used at least weekly to this very day! Once you try it, you'll never want to make your rice in a pan on the stove top again!
